2013年9月26日，在三峡大学艺术学院合唱教室，百余名三峡大学合唱团成员早早候在教室内，当陈涓走进教室时，同学们用热情的掌声欢迎着她。
此次陈涓演讲的主题是“认识鄂西民歌”。她在讲座上与同学们真诚分享多年来演唱鄂西民歌的体会、分析鄂西民歌中所承载的文化，通过播放她在表演成长道路上的视频来鼓励同学们要多唱、多演、多积累。并在现场和同学们互动，教大家运用嗓音变化和调节的方法，很多同学有了新启发，相信陈涓的这次校园公益演讲会给在座的同学们一个难忘的回忆。
陈涓自己也说，她的成长受益于很多老师和前辈的指导，她也希望将这份爱传递下去，让更多追求梦想的孩子们能更快的实现梦想。
