《我是你的月亮》共收录12首新歌和精选歌曲，是陈涓对女低音的极致挖掘，同时作为自己的首张发烧碟，陈涓将《我是你的月亮》作为唱歌15年来的一个总结。歌曲中，其中《我是你的》为主打歌，是由《九月九的酒》曲作者朱德荣及《晚秋》的词作者苏拉共同创作，是一首非常抒情的女声流行歌曲。
