她就是湖北宜昌姑娘——陳涓，她的新碟《我是你的》中秋节前夕9月6日即将全国发行，这是一张重金打造的高品质音效的发烧碟，以女中音演绎新歌《我是你的》及《明月千里寄相思》、《月亮代表我的心》、《银色月光下》等经典月亮主题老歌，适合在车中反复聆听，为此我们邀请她来做专访，她欣然接受。
当陈娟走近面前，开始我们的聊天后，我才知道我面前的女子如此与众不同，淡雅中透着朴实，大方的背后散发着一股自然的味道，隐隐袭来。陈娟一如她给我的直觉，言语中透着平和。
陈娟从小就喜欢唱歌，尽管这是一条谁也不能预测的道路，并为此付出了巨大的努力。业余的开始，伴随着经验的积累和自己的领悟。一路走来，收获的除了艰辛还有喜悦，一长串的成绩鼓舞着她，从不退缩、从没放弃。从CCTV3频道《星光大道》周冠军、月冠军、CCTV4频道元旦双语晚会、CCTV新闻频道《小崔说事》春节特别节目、内蒙古卫视《魅力中国》、《百味情歌》、山东卫视《志在必得》、全国青年歌手大赛湖北赛区获民族民间组一等奖……好评如潮、光环不断。
此外，陈娟还珍惜每一次机会，不曾错过。1997年她很轻松就考取了中央文化部的直属院校中央文化干部管理学院艺术系进行声乐学习，师从王萃年教授，在学习上陈娟非常努力，并担任学生会干部，毕业时在班上第一个成功举办陈娟个人独唱音乐会。2002年陈娟考入北京大学艺术系研究生班学习文化经纪人，国内第一届文化经纪人的高等教育班，老师们都说这是文化经纪的黄埔军校，陈娟与著名表演艺术家郭达、郭冬临、著名主持人朱军、刘璐……都成了同学，2年后陈娟再次以优异的成绩完成学业。
每个人都有梦想，陈娟也不例外。“湖北的音乐很丰富，但真正被大众所熟悉的确不多，还没有真正响起来、走出去，本土的创作缺乏系统性和完整性，这是一个漫长的过程，可能还需要很多代人的努力”。说到这陈娟十分动情，说：“要发展是需要好的发展空间和发展平台”。
