陈娟 女，土家族，出生于湖北，中共党员，湖北省宜昌市文联组联部干部，湖北省第十届、第十一届青联委员，宜昌市第二届、第四届政协委员。中国音乐家协会会员。
演唱代表作有歌曲《黄四姐》、《六口茶》、《刘海砍樵》、《智斗》等。2005年荣获CCTV3《星光大道》月冠军称号，多次参加中央电视台大型演出和各地方卫视举办的大型文艺晚会。曾荣获第五届、第九届全国“群星奖”表演二等奖和优秀奖。2005年获湖北省青年歌手大奖赛民族民间唱法一等奖，被授予湖北“文艺明星”称号。
积极参加各类社会公益和慈善活动，在助学、救灾等活动中个人捐款达数十万余元。她在家乡宜昌慈善总会还专门设立了“星语心愿扶贫助学基金”，用其在家乡所有演出收入资助贫困学生和家庭困难的教育工作者，并被湖北省文联文学艺术院列入中青年优秀文艺人才库。
